This website is owned and maintained by Moro Holdings LLC. All products, services, designs, and intellectual property referenced on the website are owned and operated by Moro Athletics LLC. By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or interacting with Moro Athletics products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Use of the website confirms that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally permitted to enter into contractual agreements.

Purchases made through the website or any team store checkout are processed exclusively through Stripe. Moro Athletics does not pass checkout information to any other platform.

Information Submitted Outside Checkout

Information voluntarily submitted through tools such as Google Forms, contact forms, or Calendly may be used solely for their intended purpose, including:

Team Store Availability

Team stores are opened and closed based on ordering windows determined by the participating team. If a team store is temporarily closed, the store page may remain visible but purchase functions will be disabled. A notice will instruct customers to contact the team’s general manager or the individual who coordinated the store if they wish to request reactivation. Moro Athletics does not reopen team stores without authorization from the team.

Color Matching Policy

Moro Athletics strives to match requested colors as accurately as possible. Due to variations in dye lots, materials, screens, and production processes, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Customers must provide precise color codes (Pantone, HEX, RGB, etc.) if exact accuracy is required. Moro Athletics is not responsible for color variations when no specific color code is provided.

User Comments & Feedback

Moro Athletics welcomes feedback regarding the website, products, and services. Comments or suggestions should be submitted through the Contact Page. Do not submit confidential or proprietary concepts unless you intend for Moro Athletics to evaluate them without obligation or compensation.

Production & Shipping Timing

Many Moro Athletics products are made to order, including most soft goods, team store items, customized products, and personalized equipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, customers should allow 3-4 weeks for production.

Production time begins after payment is completed and required order details have been received. The 3-4 week production window does not include shipping time. Shipping transit time begins after the completed order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Terms of Payment

Website Orders

Website purchases are paid in full at checkout through Stripe. All pricing on the website is displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Team Store Orders

Purchases made through individual team stores are also paid in full at checkout through Stripe.

Bulk Team Orders (Direct Orders Outside Team Stores)

Bulk team orders arranged directly with Moro Athletics must be paid upfront in full before production begins, unless a Moro Sales Representative agrees otherwise in writing. Custom production cannot begin until payment terms have been met.

Product Safety & Use Warning

Lacrosse—particularly box lacrosse—is a high-contact sport with inherent risks. This warning applies to all Moro Athletics protective and performance equipment including, but not limited to:

Protective equipment does not eliminate the risk of injury. Potential risks include concussions, head trauma, facial injuries, spinal or neck injuries, fractures, lacerations, paralysis, or death. By using Moro Athletics equipment, customers voluntarily assume all risks associated with gameplay. Moro Athletics is not liable for injuries caused by gameplay, misuse, improper maintenance, modifications, or normal wear.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 20 days of the shipment date. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in original, resellable condition.

Custom products cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes personalized items, team-branded products, name or number additions, or any item manufactured specifically for a single customer or team. Such items cannot be restocked or resold, and all custom sales are final.

Made-to-order products generally require 3-4 weeks for production before shipping. This production time does not include shipping transit time and is not considered a return or refund reason unless Moro Athletics agrees otherwise in writing.

Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned to the original store. Moro Athletics is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or modification.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, artwork, branding elements, logos, product names, patterns, facemask models, and related creative assets are the intellectual property of Moro Athletics LLC and are intended to be trademarked or protected where applicable.

The website platform, domain, and technical infrastructure are the property of Moro Holdings LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use of Moro Athletics intellectual property is prohibited.

Third-Party Websites

This website may include links to Google Forms, Calendly, Stripe Checkout, or social media platforms. These links are provided solely for convenience and functional purposes. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier. Moro Athletics is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss once the shipment is in transit.

Moro Athletics makes every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, photos, and pricing. Minor errors or omissions may occur. Some items may not be available in all markets.

All official pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices shown in other currencies are automated estimates and may not match the exact final amount charged by Stripe or a customer’s bank.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Moro Athletics does not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted access, or freedom from viruses or technical issues. Use of the website is at your own risk.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Customers agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting Moro Athletics directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before Colorado small claims or district courts, or resolved through a mutually agreed-upon arbitration process within Colorado. By using the website, customers agree to the jurisdiction of the State of Colorado for all legal matters involving Moro Athletics LLC or Moro Holdings LLC.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moro Athletics LLC, Moro Holdings LLC, and their owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from misuse of the website or products, violation of these Terms & Conditions, improper use of equipment, or unauthorized modifications.
